Our story
Built to ship platforms other people had given up on.
The practice began as a rescue crew for stalled ERP rollouts and never lost the habit. Today we run full programmes — but the same instinct applies: find the truth of the delivery, then fix it in the open.
The practice grew out of stalled ERP and core-system rollouts that needed senior hands, fast.
